Services Tailored to Your Needs

Choosing what type of notary service, you need can be overwhelming. We get it; there are so many, and the wording is confusing. We are not lawyers and cannot give you any legal advice. This includes telling you what service you need. We can only perform the service that you ask us to perform. The areas we service are Franklin, Cumberland, Adams, and Dauphin Counties.

Basic Notary Services

These are the most common services offered.  We notarize deeds and contracts, wills and estate planning, power of attorneys, affidavits and sworn statements, adoption and child custody documents.  We can also certify copies of approved documents.  Remember that we come to you.

Signing Agent

These services are straight forward.  We have been specially trained to work with loan documents and guide signers through the final steps of a loan closing. Although signing agents can be provided by your lender, ask them if you have the ability to choose your own.  We can meet at your lender’s office, or we can come to you.

Specialty Services

We offer additional services we such as courier, field inspector, and remote online notary.

What to expect

When is the last time you used a notary? Has it been a while? That’s ok. We are here to help prepare you for your appointment. When you book, we will call you and go into further detail based on your specific needs, but here is a basic idea of what you will need.
What to bring:

~A Valid photo ID~
A passport, driver’s license or government-issued nondriver identification card, which is current and unexpired.
Another form of government identification issued to an individual, which: is current; contains the signature or a photograph of the individual; and  is satisfactory to the notary public.

~The document with the notary wording~
These are very important. If you do not have this, we will have notary wording forms. Saying that, we are not legal entities, so we cannot give any legal advice. Please refer to a licensed lawyer for advice on all notary wording.

If you do not have a valid ID and still need a notarization, have no fear.
